Shipping policy

Shipping & Deliveries

All shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. New York Cosmetics does not provide free shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping, freight, carrier, insurance, handling, liftgate, appointment, residential delivery, redelivery, storage, and other transportation-related charges associated with their order.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another carrier depending on the size and requirements of the shipment. Larger orders may require LTL freight, palletized freight, or another commercial transportation service.

New York Cosmetics can arrange shipping or freight on the customer’s behalf. If we arrange transportation, the applicable shipping or freight charges will be quoted to the customer and must be paid by the customer before the shipment is released.

Customers may also arrange their own carrier, freight company, courier, or pickup service. When the customer arranges their own transportation, all charges and arrangements are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and freight charges are separate from the merchandise price unless specifically included on the applicable invoice. All customers are responsible for paying the full cost of shipping their order.

Customers are also responsible for any optional shipping insurance they request. When New York Cosmetics arranges a shipment, we may assist with or coordinate a qualifying carrier claim in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Claims Policy. If the customer arranges their own carrier or freight provider, the customer is responsible for pursuing any loss or damage claim directly with that carrier or insurance provider.

New York Cosmetics is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions outside of our reasonable control, including delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, carrier operations, missed appointments, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
